The Center for Book Arts in NY asked printers to contribute a Lego-based print for their Spring 2019 benefit. Having recently visited the Tenement Museum, I used the Legos to create a background texture on beige paper and then the structure of the buildings. The details were added with a layer of metal type.
Print measures approx. 10x14” and is printed on soft cotton paper with a deckled bottom edge.
