This print is a nod to the great Nelson Algren’s writing. The quote says: You can’t make an arsenal of a nation and expect its great cities to produce artists. It’s the nature of the overbraided brass to build walls about the minds of men– as it is in the nature of the arts to tear those dark walls down.

It measures 10x8” and is printed on gold ink from metal and wood type on white or dark brown cardstock.
