One of our favorite things to print in the studio is pieces that allow us to explore our 19th century type collection. That's right, actual metal and wood type that's over 100 years old and still print worthy! This is one of a series of 'artistic prints', or pieces that mimic the style of the late 1800's, yet bring in a little bit of modern sentimentality.
It's printed in three subtle overlapping colors: gold, pale pink and a hint of blue. The pink is printed with a hand-carved linoleum cut so expect imperfections. Great for the friend or family member that totally rocked it!
Measures 7x5" and is printed on 100% recycled card stock with slight speckles in it.
Ships flat in a clear sleeve.
