Ham at 20

Ham at 20 is a collaborative poster project celebrating the twentieth anniversary of The Hamilton Wood Type and Print Museum in Two Rivers, Wisconsin. For each month of 2019, a new poster (or two!) was released via the Hamilton website shop in an edition of 50; 25 have been reserved for year-end portfolios that include all prints. The posters were created by a roster of accomplished letterpress printers and promising up-and-comers starting in the field. In this way, we can carry the important typographic legacy of Hamilton Wood Type through the next generation of designers and printers.
Ham at 20 is my first project as Hamilton’s Visiting Artist for 2019-2021.
Paper for the posters is generously donated by French Paper and by Mohawk Paper for the final portfolios. All posters were shown in the gallery at the annual Wazygoose at Hamilton in November 2019.
